The main finding that they emphasized was the effect on insulin resistance, peripheral insulin resistance. And this is reported in the paper as an 18% decrease in insulin resistance in the whole grain diet group and around a 2% increase following the refined grain intake diet. There's no significant differences in weight loss over the eight weeks of the study. So we are seeing an effect that is not necessarily related to sugar per se but it is related potentially to some of the property differences between whole grains and refined grains.
