Machin's Theological Influence on Christianity

Machin was heavily influenced by BB Warfield, who established the inerrancy rubric for explaining scripture. You can kind of see that you can see that influence sort of making its way through Machin. He's open to just in shorthand evolutionary theory not Darwinian necessarily but open to different explanations for the age of the earth and so on. So it's not the the fundamentalism that we are perhaps used to today. It's more a focus on the doctrinal fundamentals to Christianity.
