American police are to trigger happy. It's in part a response to being in a country that is just overrun with guns, he says. As a result, temperatures on all sides rise and there is far too often a resort to deadly force by police. But the solution to that is better trained and better equipped police,. including policies that hold them responsible Policies that defuse potential for lethal violence.
