Can I Create a Petf? Or Is It Just a Web Page?

I've never thought about that. To me, creating a ped f is probably harder, because i don't know how to createhat. But they have like aps that just can convert things to p d f. You do that from an ap on your phone, just like, take a picture, convert it into a web page. I nowh it's as easy as making a p t f. For me, it would be much simpler to just create a few pages on tan turn, like h t m l. And with p d f, i imagine that it's more like a wi wak editor, where you can just drop boxes and ten type things into it.
