A year ago right now where was it 110 a barrel there were a lot of that I actually was looking back and I'd read a an analyst report by a truest analyst a year ago that was saying that where was going to go to 160 bucks a barrel good thing I didn't read that report and go long whale. You need oil prices that are closer to where we are now to rebuild the pipeline pun partly intended of energy, says Mark Perry.
