James mc dougall, in his book, he talks about this. A contractor agreed to pad my monthly construction bill by two thousand dollars. The contractor put the figure on his invoice as a cost for something like gravel culvert work. After i paid the full amount of that invoice, so everything, including that extra two thousand dollars was turned over to henry hamlin and given to clinton.
