i don't even know what it is that i'm, i'm interested in, but there's actually a couple of interesting things. I think one thing that folks neglect in sleep hygiene is safety. If you are sleeping and your brain is convinced you're in a safe environment, you sleep much better. The chili pad can be set to to switch to a warm setting out what atever time you want to wake up,. so i slowly warm the bed as you wake and pass out. A gravity blanket feels like you're just blanketed in safety. It's amazing. And i totally believe in this madness that you the best sleep hacks i have adopted over the past year.
