Building Permanent Stabilizers in the Middle of a Crisis?
City of the programm is really, really important in simpleness for people to be able to access it. It doesn't require a bunch of work to set up that kind of a system in the middle of a crisis. I'm really, really excited about the child tax credit. As just another vessel for us to reach some of the hardest to reach in society and also bringing them into the tax system. But it is civil you need to build these overtime. And it's not going to be perfect.
