A federal judge in Texas is trying to single-handedly force the FDA to remove approval from Miffy Prostone, a pill that helps both with miscarriage and abortion through medication means. The Comstock Act of 1873 really shaped a lot of legal questions that have huge ramifications, not just for abortion, but also for LGBT rights and other rights. For folks who are kind of like, oh my God, why do we have to learn about these stupid ass laws?
