Is There a Regulation of Ai Systems?
Ai systems are currently regulated in the sense that, like anything is regulated. There's a cluster of things that recently were adopted that will come into force fairly soon. They ban certain kinds of facial recognition stuff and then they ban systems that manipulate people. The eu Liability directive to this is about who is held responsible when something goes wrong with a product. And so for example, if you produce sort of an image using it, like ima generation system, like dolly or midjourney or something like this. You can't just show that to people without it being tagged as generated by ani system. It seems very hard to immenitly know how it'll happen
