The Meaning of Zi Ji
Zi ji means Confucius, zi ji and his pongmyo. We use this even though on the surface level you would assume that it can be used for both human and objects but actually we use it for human more often. And we see it in written languages more often. But the thing is when you're talking about an ancient figure being a little bit serious about this person, or you want to use really official expressions, that's when you use ziJi.
