An entire year later, i think it was april, yes. I started listening to it, and, of course, went back you said listened to the first couple of episodes,. And then i'm like, ok, i think i want to learn more about this. A. Just kind of took little things here and there, like the tongue scraping. And, you know, i cut out the foods that i realized were really bad for me. Took those kind of out of my digt like the salads and,you know, the brockley cauliflower, all those things. So once i took those out, a, youknow, i did notice a few little changes
