You can only become a brooky once, but there are other sister and en sibling fellowships that are really great. The patty gray smith fellowship is for black students which we work with very closely. Sometimes people who win have applied the previous year - sometimes they have applied twice. If you're not ready yet, take a year and develop more skill sets then apply again. And then maybe that's the right point in your career where it's to be a fellow.
