The Law of Attraction Can Be a Powerful Teaching Tool
Law of attraction can be incredibly powerful as a teaching tool for the instructors out there. It doesn't actually matter how athletic you are it doesn't even matter how good at jujitsu You are all that really matters is your belief because your belief dictates everything. My encouragement to competitors now is rather than looking into things like spaced repetition and other techniques that sport psychologists talk about I think the better thing to do is to really just double down on strengthening your belief and your conviction.
