I thought having a connection was like really tangible it was like this person's gonna do this thing for me and that's not at all what that is right now 20 years later I'm like oh right connections are just literally like having the person's correct email format. There's a way that J-School sort of felt and not just J- school like all this stuff sort of feels similar, he says. Not everybody is comfortable right away just being like I'm gonna make it up but if you don't know how to proceed it's a great way to proceed.
