The Importance of Routines
I went a good few weeks where I was like kind of not really doing much and then I made like some plans and some routines that really helped a lot. Even still I do like daily to-do lists like I just write down even if it's super basic stuff like have dinner or ride my bike or whatever. List it out and that's my tasks for today and that does help but it can be easy to waste time still. Yeah I get killed with the deciding point what am I going to do and a lot of times I don't remember the things I intended to do with those moments.
