Naomi Wolf: I was rereading capitalism and freedom, which you talk a lot about in the book. And I'm reading Milton Friedman and at times, incredibly impressed and at other times like disbelief that he's had such influence. When you read his arguments, they make no sense whatsoever, but they sure but they're written away that makes them sound like they make sense. Wolf: It's almost impossible for us to really know what any person really truly believes in their hearts although sometimes if you can get deep into the archives as we did with merchants of doubt. But it works more effectively if you can find people who actually authentically believe what they do and foster and nurture and promote them
