What's Your Average Annual Client Value?
Don't rely on sending a proposal out to clients before any money is discussed. Your default thinking should be like, what's the criteria that compels me to work with this person versus is there a way I can make this work? You need to know that you can provide value to that person because people ask for refunds. If your average annual client value is lower, usually that's a sign that you're offering a commoditized service as well.
