Can You Make a Macaroni and Cheese Casserole?

I don't know if I have the heart to call baked macaroni and cheese a casserole. Like Caribbean macaroni pie, which shout out to Rashida Holmes of Britishtown Rotee, she makes a great macaroni pies. The difference between those two dishes is like, I don't know, the difference between a milkshake and rice pudding. It's just like they're so far apart. You know what I mean? Huh.
