I think you can make a good evidence-based argument for including creatine with multivitamin and official oil and vitamin D. A few supplements that I do think everybody should at least consider taking, regardless of how nutritious their diet is. Most people will need to increase their calories about 100 or so every 10 to 15 pounds gained in order to keep making progress. When cutting, no adjustments are usually needed until you are below 20% body fat.
