So we're going to explore the thing called attention by just kind of moving it around a little bit. The idea here is that you're really dropping attention into the body, into the contact with the seat. And then not worrying too much if it's not brilliantly clear or you're noticing already that the mind is wandering somewhere else. But now just imagining that you're almost shining a torch light. So your attention is a bit like a torch light - so you're shining a torchlight at attention on this contact with the seats. Now extending the torch light even further now and including the knees.
