Are we all addicted to somethingand is that k? If we are, it's ok. And at least my experience has been we have to meet it and address it and work with it if we are to grow and to change and find peace and work with our suffering. That applies not just to addicted behaviour, but it's a great, great incapsilation of addicted behavior. You know, i had an addiction to telling myself that i was ok, the external validation, before i developed the really profound symptoms of alcohol and other drug addiction. So i think that that's the way that addiction,. what we traditionally call extreme cases of addiction, where somebody goes away to avertru facility.
