The Rigidity of a Mission
One of the listeners who responded talked about the rigidity of a mission. She said maybe we could consider some radical changes that actually help these young people feel like they are adults, not like their children. And so what she was suggesting is actually if we really want to think about how this mission could actually benefit those who are doing the service, why don't we look at ways that we would be growing them up?
