West papa is a nation only swimming distance from australia's northernmost boundary, in the torasrade islands. A government that routinely shoots them with helicopters, calls them dogs and arms and trains local militias to terrorize them. All of this is going on just north of darwin, and for some reason we refuse to talk about it. We'll be back next fortnight with a domestically focused sode.
