How to Be Resilient in a Tough Situation

We need to be aware now how we're making ourselves fragile by isolating, not trying to avoid things that we fear. Build up our social network. Go out make friends. Increase that type of contact. And beware of the little things that upset us or make us fret. Challenge yourself. Learn to meditate. Learn how to recover,. learn how to quiet down your nervous system. But also challenge yourself. To become resilient, you have to train, train, train. mindfulness is training. Youre training by doing it the best you can, over and over. It's a big artery's lind.
