There is certainly a lot of interest in those two capital cities from property investors nationally. No real surprises to be fair Perth. You can buy houses within 25k of the city for 400,000 and get $450 a week rent. I still think Brisbane is in the long run. It hasn't got as strong as economy as the other three capital cities.
