What Is Fasting?
The only reason that I can have makes sense to me why this isn't mainstream is because it's very hard to sell. As a matter of fact, a lot of industries would crumble overnight if everyone started eating just one meal a day. If you're breaking like a 24 or 48 hour fast, you're typically not craving nachos or fast food. You really get a hankering for some whole natural food, food that your body actually creates.
