Timothy Stanley: I was having this experience of realizing the way, the desire, or even like our experience and relationships. It felt like such a deep shift in orientation that all these little activities became juste ful, restful experiences for the first time. This is what the scriptures describe as entering into the rest of the lord it ow. He says we can use god's law to get to heaven, or earn his love, or get other people to approve of me, or whatever i think is at stake right? We're trying to use the law as a means to an end, rather than as an end in itself.
