Hyponatrima

With hydration, with some time, the patient's hyponetrema has improved, and improved too much. The vast majority of people with s i a d h will worsen with fluid administration. So this begets two conversations: What do we do about the rapid over correction for this patient? And what consequences does that have? We'll talk about that later.
