Using Continue in a Jobscript Coating?

Continuing, break and classes are all on the list of things that Steve doesn't like in jobscript. He says he finds continuing to be very useful as is an early return. If you're using nue, there's a high likelihood that your function is too long,. But also, i don't know, i guess it's a stylistic decision, but i've just not used continuing such a long time.
