Antibiotic Stewardship - Is There a Need to Start Antimicrobials?

The mortality rate from gram negative steps has dropped. We also haven't really seen an increase in immunoglycoside resistance. And the other thing we've seen is a drop in comoXaClav, Keftrax from resistance. So it does mean that when you have to use those antimicrobials, then you're less stuck.
