Is Magic Related to Magic?

The ability to step out of a conceptual framework and then perform some effective action that was unavailable to them because of their concept seems magical. In fact, that is wizardry. It's like Neo in the matrix realizing that he can just take the bullets and they won't kill him. And it's completely like because everyone else thinks bullets are going to kill you. He realizes that that's not true.
