Is There a Division in the Government on China?

I was in Sydney and Canberra back in November, and it seemed to me from some of the conversations that I had that there were some differences emerging. In terms of divisions within the government itself, I don't see very strong evidence of that. The Labour Party has embraced Hollis Bolas, all the significant policy decisions of the previous coalition government. But at the same time, the big part of the Labour Party's legacy is engagement with Asia.
