The Importance of Business Thinking in Growth Design
I think for me also, like it's really related to trying to be a business owner in a way. Even if you're a product designer, you're still responsible for the business,. And sometimes we tend to forget about this part, especially in the early stages of the career. It's very hard to forget about these important metrics and important stages of any company growth. I think even for me, when I was like getting started with Instagram and content plane, it was really fun that they have such great analytical tools.
