The Seven Pillars of Wisdom by Richard Lawrence
In seven pillars of wisdom, lawrence gives a lot of space for his meditations on the desert. The best seller of seven poe wis was an abridgment made in 19 27 called revolt in the desert. That book sold like hot cakes in both the united states and in britain. It's not regarded as a significant work of literature in the early twentieth century.
