Do Breath Work, I'm Not Sitting Down During Your Rest
Too many people just sit around too much of the gim frankly, sodope o me nation man at's or a nation. So i've really made it a habit now to put that aside. I'll either do mobility ses, ill bounce up and down on my feet, i'll do breath work. But i don't sit at the gim at all. And you get much, much better work out that way. Even if you're recovering from a set of squats, there's no reason that you can't do a corps exercise or an upper body exercise in between.
