Are ODDs Providing a Safety Benefit?

In order to give good KPIs, you kind of have to break performance down to ODDs. In an eyes-on system, we develop it such that it's a full ODD capability. And the reason that we do a full O DD is because we want to prepare for an eyes-off system. We're starting to get real academic work breaking this down and revealing that these statistics are misleading.
