How Do We Stay in the Game?
How do we stay act in the world and be a participant, but not be sullying the water with all this dirty frequency? That's where i feel like meditation and breath work and that white space can be extremely valuable. And i think that for me personally, i observe things with as much equanimity as i possibly can. So i'm observing what's happening, but i'm not becoming emotionally attached to what's happening because i recognize it's part of a greater good.
