Of the five companies we're proud to say four of them are led by women, two by black women. One has a cofonder that's a latin woman and they hire incredibly diverse teams. It is leading to incredible success. Because women are the purchasers of food, typically. And when youare creating a product for the whole world, you need to have that representation in order to make the right pollution.
