As a CTO, it doesn't mean you have to always articulate the five-year vision. But as long as you've got something in the back of your head to where you're going,. an example would be that, okay, we wanna get away from exporting and importing files. Means nothing to the business at the start, right? Just means faster delivery, et cetera. That probably was never even in the boardroom discussion a year ago.
