i worry about what it says about the organization. It feels that this services thing is in a very napple like way. This has been luca mistry, the c f o, pushing this. The motivation is s and bolts, dollars and cents sort of thinking. They're not driven by a consideration for the user. That's a secondary, or tertiary consideration. I love that netflick example, cause it goes to what i was saying before.
