The Importance of Culture in Civilization

I think the main concern is going to be to make sure that the countries that are already Civilized however you wanted aren't taken over by an oppressive Ideology. Unfortunately, there are gonna be countries out there that are going to have to be under the thumb of some iron fist dictator. But for the people like the Ukrainians I'd say who are way way way more civilized in terms of their history their culture It's a different story for me. The only reason why is because when you look at like China or Islam or like when I say Islam I just mean like the the Uma the caliphates of like the world or whatever A lot of these places were considered like the peak of
