Congress is trying to take extra cash from their definition of the wealthy and then distribute it down to the less wealthy. Income taxes are not really going to affect many farmers because it's taxable over 400 grant. The average household income, you know, assuming evenat double incomes, is still, like, t a hundred thousand dollars or something. So its way to manipulate wealth from the wealthier down to the poorer.
