The System in India for Protecting Children
There are two laws three two or three laws that kick in in India. The most overarching comprehensive law is called the juvenile justice care and protection of children's acts. A child can also be placed with a fit person who is declared fit by CWC, then there is now slowly a little bit of a foster care mechanism that is coming in too. In the latest amendment also the integrated child protection services has been included which includes the district child protection system.
