I fully respect the decision to go vegan or vegetarian. I think you just need to be aware of the implications of those diet types, especially when trying to perform high volume, high intensity, lots of low training. Anyone over the age of 30 in my opinion should probably get a bone scan and have a look. Vitamin D is certainly worth having it as an optimal status. And then the relationship between vitamin D and soft tissue injury and muscle injury is, you know, there is a link there.
