The Impossibility of a Cold War Between the US and China

Ian Bremmer: Who does run the world? It's a big question. We need to know. You described in your talk that we went from a bipolar world to a unipolar world. What kind of world are we in now? Well, I said the point is it used to be a really easy question because we had superpowers. But if you no longer have a world of superpowers, dominant countries that actually have global influence then you don't have a single global order.
