The Importance of Credibility in a Doctorate Program
During the pandemic I felt like I had become a little stagnant in my growth and learning so during that time I took a certification program to become certified as a leadership architect which is focused on competency modeling. That thirst for learning was just reinvigorated after I got that certification I was like what's next is there another certification or should I go back to school? This program stood out to me because of its focus on organizational development learning change and leadership. Less than 2% of the population has their doctorate and it was really aspirational for me. As an Asian American woman you look young and there's a lot of biases in the workplace, she says.
