But what most people didn't know as that just down the street there was a nuclear facility called onegaa. Onegaa was a hey had trained to fail safely,. Unlike at fuka shima, where they just assumed nothing bad would happen. And that training meant that the people in the nuclear facility could make the ision to turn it off.
