You Can Self-Host It, but No One Will.
I really like how you started as simple as possible and only introduced more things as it's necessary. The self-hosting aspect is genuine. We're trying to make it genuinely useful and self-hostable. I would recommend if you're trying to get a company started, just share everything. And people will be interested in your story,. So they'll follow along. That really helped us in the beginning. And we just keep doing it.
