The First Spring Observation Period

During this first spring observation period, both states were under stay at home orders, and schools were remote. The second observation period that thy had in summer 20 20 so this is, again, late july to late august. Represents the period following many states decisions to postpone or reverse decisions to reopen economies. So if we're looking at things like social isolation, disconnection from peers as potentially being relevant tors here, this is a pretty dark time for a lot of people.
